It’s that time of year again. Christmas is just around the corner. CAHS is continuing to sponsor the annual Mineral County Christmas Angel Tree Program, in conjunction with Toys for Tots, with Tamara Bunch.

We would like to invite the parents/guardians of “Needy-Low Income Children” to come in and pick up an application for your children to receive a gift for Christmas. The income guidelines will be posted. An application will need to be filled out for each child in the family. Proof of income will also be required with the application.

Applications will be available at the CAHS Office, located at 924 5th Street, on Tuesday, Nov. 1. They need to be filled out and returned to the CAHS Office no later than Friday, Nov. 18, to get your child’s angel on the tree to be adopted. If you have any questions please contact CAHS at 945-2471.
