The Hawthorne Pop Warner Mighty Mite Serpent football team, along with their cheerleaders, have advanced to the championship game that will be played this weekend, Saturday, Nov. 5 in Reno. The game will be held at Golden Eagle Park at 8 p.m.
Coach Michael Stephens said, “Please come out and support these young fellas and ladies as we play South Lake Tahoe for the championship. They have worked so hard to get this far, so if you are in Reno and can make it up there, come out and support these Mighty Mites. I promise you, you’ll have a good time.”
