Playing their last home games, Mineral County High School senior athletes were honored on the volleyball court and football field with their family surrounding them.
Capping off an evening against the Pyramid Lake Lakers, these seniors were highlighted for their sportsmanship, dedication and being leaders to their underclassmen teammates.
Senior night is a tradition for the Serpents. For the Class of 2016, it will be the last time they play on their home turf and hear the cheers of friends and family.
For many, it is a night filled with mixed emotions. A transition into what is to come as these seniors prepare for their next journey, which is adulthood.
