Amber Blinco
The Consolidated Agencies for Human Services would like to thank Amber Blinco as she finishes her internship at CAHS in Hawthorne. In order to graduate Amber needed to complete her internship by volunteering 135 hours, but she volunteered in well over that.
This was accomplish by teaching the Parenting Classes in the age group of pregnant mothers to age 8, helping with the backpack program at the Elementary School, Learn and Laugh (a program used to observe the developmental aspect of children and where they should be in accordance with their age), participated in fundraisers and where ever she was needed.
Amber started volunteering at CAHS in August and finished the Dec. 1.
Amber is the daughter of Don and Agnes Dockery. She was born in Oceanside, Calif. and is a 2007 graduate of MCHS. Amber is married to Will Blinco, and the mom of 2 beautiful children daughter Avelin and son Timothy.
She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for one year then transferred to the University of Nevada, Reno where she majored in Human Development and Family Studies. Amber graduated Dec 7. Congratulations Amber from JoAnn, Carla, Debbie, Chaletta, Ruby, Kelly, and Mr. J.
